Will the bidet seat fit my toilet?
Yes. The Jasmin Care bidet seat installs on top of your existing toilet bowl and connects to the cold water supply and a power outlet. Installation is easy and needs no extra space.
Do I still need toilet paper?
Usually not at all. The bidet seat cleanses with warm water and dries with warm air, so paper use drops or disappears. You can of course still use paper if you prefer.
Is a bidet seat an assistive device?
Jasmin Care is designed especially as an aid. Accessories users need are available, such as sturdy armrests, spacer rings, foot switches and more. We also offer, as a special order, a model with stricter CE approval as a medical device.
How do installation and delivery work?
The Jasmin Care bidet seat is delivered within 2–4 business days and shipping is included in the price. Everything needed for installation is in the box.
What accessories are available?
For the Jasmin Care bidet seat: armrests with control button, spacer ring (4 cm), hygiene shield and a separate control button for wall or floor. The toilet lift comes in two models.
Can the product be passed on to the next user?
Yes, the Jasmin Care bidet seat can be transferred to another user, and returning the toilet to its original state is easy.
What is the lifting capacity of the toilet lift?
Maximum lifting capacity is 150 kg, and seat height is adjustable between 430–630 mm.
